Topshee Housing Co-operative Limited was originally incorporated in 1983 as a Non-profit Housing Co-operative under the Section 95 funding program. The first date of occupancy was January 1, 1984. All the homes are located on Grandview Drive. In 2015 the co-op was assigned back to the Province as they were no longer able to effectively govern the co-op. In October 2019, Topshee Housing Co-operative Limited along with 3 other co-ops, were amalgamated into Compass NS.
