Central Dartmouth Housing Co-operative Limited, was originally incorporated in 1988 as a Non-profit Housing Co-operative under the ILM funding program. The homes are located on Bellevista Drive, Dorothea Drive, Medway Court, Spar Cresent, Spring Avenue and Wilbur Court. The Co-operative Board was finding it difficult to manage and started looking for solutions. In December 2019 the Co-op Membership voted unanimously to amalgamate with Compass NS and become their fifth Neighbourhood.
